As of April 29, 2025, Dr. Thomas Dalibor, previously Director CTO, will take over as CEO and General Manager of AVANCIS GmbH. Dr. Dalibor joined AVANCIS in 2008 as a development engineer in R&D and has since worked with his team on the continuous development and efficiency improvement of thin-film technology, initially for CIGS thin-film technology and currently also for thin-film tandem technologies based on CIGS and perovskite materials. We look forward to continued successful cooperation and are convinced that he will lead the company with vision and commitment.

Our long-standing CEO, Mr. Helmut Frankenberger, is stepping down as CEO. We thank him wholeheartedly for his strategic skills and tireless commitment to our company and wish him all the best for the future.
