Development Technician (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• You will be responsible for the maintenance, care and calibration of equipment and measuring instruments and the timely procurement of spare parts

• You are responsible for planning and conducting experiments as well as for their evaluation and documentation in technical reports

• You carry out experiments, analyses and evaluations for process and equipment optimization

• You ensure process reliability f.e. with control measurements

• You eliminate faults on electrical and mechanical assemblies

• You document equipment availabilities, modification measures, spare parts lists and equipment requirements

• Last but not least, you are responsible for the design and construction of test prototypes

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed your technician with a specialization in electrical engineering, mechatronics or plant engineering and ideally have gained initial professional experience in the areas of photovoltaics and semiconductor technology

• You have gained initial experience in the operation and maintenance of vacuum/high-temperature systems and have knowledge of measurement/control technology

• Your strengths include team integration skills and very good communication skills

• Your work is characterized by structure, willingness to learn and goal orientation

• You are willing to travel nationally and internationally from time to time

• Very good written and spoken English and German round off your profile
