Salary Accountant (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• You are responsible for the preparation of payroll accounting for our locations
• You coordinate the international payroll processes in cooperation with external service providers
• You will be responsible for dealing with social security and tax issues on your own initiative
• You will prepare certificates and forms for government agencies, authorities and employees
• You are responsible for time account management (time corrections, control of time accounts, etc.) for a defined group of employees
• You maintain master data in SAP
• You monitor contract-relevant deadlines (end of probationary period, etc.)
• You develop and optimize existing payroll processes
• You support internal and cross-departmental projects
• You have the opportunity, possibly after appropriate further training, to take on responsibility for data protection in the company

Requirements:

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have an additional qualification in payroll accounting
• You have several years of professional experience in payroll accounting
• You have in-depth knowledge of payroll and income tax law, preferably in an international context
• You also have knowledge of labor law, in particular individual labor law
• You are confident in using Microsoft Office applications and have very good SAP/HCM skills
• You have excellent communication skills and a high level of problem-solving competence
• You work independently, carefully and reliably at all times
• Good written and spoken English skills complete your profile
