You create, update, and maintain Technology Transfer Team documentation as the expert on document control;
You analyze existing work instructions, processes, procedures, records, and policies to identify gaps/outdated information and implement solutions to make documentation more efficient;
You maintain technical records in a manner compliant to management system requirements and to facilitate team member’s retrieval of the records;
You ensuring proper version control and document property assignment;
You administer the electronic technical records & documents storage systems for the TTT;
You develop and deliver training on the correct document structure and retention tools/procedures to members of the TTT;
You facilitate the document turnover process at the end of technology transfer projects to clients;
You are responsible to keep TTT documentation audit-proof and aligned with quality and company Standards.
You have successfully completed your university degree in business administration;
You have at least 2 years professional experience in the administrative field;
You also have experience in production and special plant engineering;
You have already gained at least 2 years experience in the construction and commissioning of mass production plants;
You are familiar with technical writing of documents, including general technical terms and project terms;
You unterstand standards regulations such as (ISO 9001) as a tool kit to ensure the documentation and revision control;
You convince through pinpoint communication and inform 360 ° as required;
You are prepared for a travel activity of up to 80% in the Asian region. You are familiar with dealing with other cultures from abroad.
You have fluent spoken and written English skills and the language Mandarin can be used in everyday working life.
