You design, plan, implement process and technology enabling for a fast and efficient ramp up and ongoing improvement of factories for CIGS module production;
You manage projects focusing on the ramp up of factories, especially projects post FFT of unit process tools downstream to FAT;
You provide guidance and priority in the design of unit processes – unit process interfaces an design standards of processes (design review, risk asessment with specific focus on process robustness);
You develop and implement standards guiding the execution of process design (unit processes) and all QA tools leading to reduced CAPEX and increased robustness of processes securing stable and safe operation, worldwide service as well as upgradability;
You evaluate suppliers and technologies to provide QA Tools.
You have sucessfully completed your master degree in equipment engineering or physics and gained at least 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing company;
You have at least 5 years experience as a project leader involving the ramp up of mass production;
You have profound knowledge in photovoltaic module design or electronic circuit design
You have strong analytical skills, your way of working is structured and you have a strong ability to solve complex tasks;
You are prepared for a travel activity of up to 80% in the Asian region. You are familiar with dealing with other cultures from abroad.
Your English is fluent in spoken and written, the languages Mandarin and German can be safely used in everyday working life..
