Hartmut Fischer studied physics at Kiel University and later held leading positions in technical marketing at numerous well-known companies such as Siemens and Olympus in Europe and the USA. He has decades of experience in the semi-conductor and automotive industry and was latterly General Manager for Automotive Electronics at ATMEL. Since 2007, he has been CEO at AVANCIS.
