We were the first to start series production of CIS modules in Camarillo, California, and have since then broken numerous world records for efficiency. The pilot line of our Munich research department offers an excellent basis for further developing CIS technology. Our CIS solar modules today can match the performance of crystalline silicon solar cells, yet require much less material to manufacture. And we are working on outperforming crystalline silicon cells soon.
